Placing an Order
You can place an order by completing the required details on the order summary page and clicking Place Order. Prefer to talk it through? You're also welcome to place an order over a phone call or by sending us a message.
Delivery
We aim to deliver every order within our delivery area within 3 working days of your order being accepted.
On the rare occasion something unexpected comes up — an accident or another delay outside our control — your delivery window may be extended. If that happens, we'll let you know right away by phone call or email.
Payment
Standard orders are paid by cash on delivery — you pay when your order arrives, not before.
No hidden chargesWarranties & Returns
Every product we sell is covered by our warranty. If anything you receive isn't up to the mark, send it back to us — no hesitation, no hassle.
We'll arrange a full return and cover the shipping cost ourselves, at no expense to you.
